Han Kun has again been ranked as a Tier 1 Law Firm in the Asian Legal Business 2015 M&A Rankings based on its major role in many recent high profile transactions. This is Han Kun's second consecutive year to be ranked as a Tier 1 M&A Firm.

The rankings are based on the following metrics:
