Han Kun receives placement on the Ministry of Commerce's candidate list of law firms

Han Kun has successfully received placement on the "International Investment Legal Services Sub-List of Domestic Law Firms" due to the firm's professionalism and solid performance, according to a recent announcement of winning law firm candidates made by the Ministry of Commerce.

In accordance with relevant bidding documents, listed law firms shall provide the following services to the Ministry of Commerce: negotiating international investment treaties, implementing foreign and overseas investment, and dealing with international investment disputes which involve the Chinese government.
