Proview International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 334) completed its acquisition of the entire interest in TCL Display Technology (Huizhou) Company Limited which constitutes a connected transaction and reverse takeover involving new listing application on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and resumed trading on the same with its company name changed to TCL Display Technology Holdings Limited.

TCL Display Technology (Huizhou) Company Limited is one of the major providers of small to medium size LCD module in the PRC, engaged primarily in the research and development, manufacturing, sales and distribution of LCD modules for use mainly in mobile phones and other mobile devices.

Jason Wang, Nikki Yang, Clarence Zhong, Alan Luo, Sheldon Chen and Leigh Yang worked on this project.
