Han Kun represented Spring Airlines Co., Ltd. to provide legal services for the first A320 Airbus aircraft finance leasing project conducted between the Spring Airlines and Spring Leasing Co., Ltd.

Han Kun has represented Spring Airlines Co., Ltd.（“Spring Airlines”） to provide legal services for the first A320 Airbus aircraft finance leasing project conducted between Spring Airlines and Spring Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Spring Leasing”). It is an innovative structure for the airlines to conduct financial leasing and bank financing through an intra-group financial leasing company and through a SPV in bonded areas in China. Han Kun participated in the entire process of the project, including drawing up financial plans, drafting and reviewing aircraft leasing and financing documents, negotiating and preparing for the aircraft delivery. Spring Leasing is a joint venture established by Spring Airlines and Spring International Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd. on November 24, 2014. The delivery of the A320 Airbus marks Spring Airlines has successfully completed its first airline financial business.
