Han Kun advised CAR Inc. (699) on its offering of senior notes. Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank and Deutsche Bank are joint lead managers and joint bookrunners in respect of the offer and sale of the senior notes.

CAR Inc. is a leading car rental service provider in China. As China's largest car rental service provider, CAR Inc. is dedicated to providing customers across China with superior car rental services including short-term rental, long-term rental and financial leasing, as well as assorted value-added services as roadside assistance, one-way rentals, etc.
