Han Kun advised Leading VC Firm Source Code Capital in formation of Equity Investment Fund in Tibet

2015-01-16

Han Kun recently represented leading venture capital firm Source Code Capital, led by Charlie Cao, in the fundraising and closing of an equity investment fund in Tibet. The Han Kun team represented the client in very complicated fund and GP structuring and negotiation, and the drafting, review, commenting, negotiation and revisions of major relevant legal documents at fund, GP and management company levels. Mr. Charlie Cao was voted as among the Top 5 Investors for TMT in 2014 according to the survey of China Venture Group.

James Wang, Yang Chen, Lu Ran, Min Luo (Karina), Wei Mei (Abby) and Bing Xue worked on this fund formation project.
