Han Kun announces hire of antitrust partner Mr. Ma Chen

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Mr. Ma Chen has joined Han Kun as a partner in the firm’s Beijing office. He joins from Fangda Partners.

Mr. Ma's primary focus is competition law. His area of practice also covers M&A, foreign direct investment, banking and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Ma has been practicing law for over 21 years and he is a recognized leading professional in the fields of his practice.

Mr. Ma has represented many international and domestic clients in merger filings and cartel investigations in China. He has also advised dozens of multinational companies on their acquisition and greenfield investment projects in China. Over the years, Mr. Ma has also represented lenders and borrowers in various commercial loan and project finance transactions.
