Han Kun represented J.P. Morgan and Guotai Junan International in the initial public offering of Sunfonda Group Holdings Limited (1771) at the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Han Kun advised J.P. Morgan as the sole sponsor, and J.P. Morgan and Guotai Junan International as joint bookrunners, in connection with an initial public offering at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by Sunfonda Group Holdings Limited (1771).

Sunfonda Group Holdings Limited is the second largest luxury and ultra-luxury automobile dealership group in Northwestern China, and the largest automobile dealership group in Xi'an and Shaanxi Province.

The Han Kun team involved in this deal was Yijun Chao, Charles Li, Huan Wang, Najuan Ma, Gina Shi, Kaiying Wu, Xinfeng Zhang and Jiaxin Wu.
