Han Kun represented Xiamen Comfort Science and Technology Group (SZ: 002614) in forming a collaboration platform on research, development and manufacturing of air purification products with Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases in Guangzhou.

Han Kun recently represented Xiamen Comfort Science and Technology Group in setting up a company and an air purification engineering technology center as a collaboration platform on research, development and manufacturing of air purification products with Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases through its wholly-owned subsidiary company. Han Kun provided full legal services to Xiamen Comfort Science and Technology Group with respect to the formation, including among others, structure design, preparation and revision of all related documents.
