Han Kun Law Offices is very delighted to announce that the firm's counsel, Gloria Xu has been promoted to partner, effective on 1 January 2014.

Gloria specializes in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, incorporation and corporate restructuring, general corporate matters, FCPA and Anti-Monopoly Law matters.

Gloria has represented a large number of multinational and PRC companies and funds in various cross-border transactions in different industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Her legal services include assisting in forming deal structures, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations. Gloria's anti-trust law practice mainly focuses on anti-monopoly notifications, remedy divestments and other Anti-Monopoly Law compliance issues related to concentrations.

Gloria is based in the firm's Beijing office.
