Bitauto Holdings Limited ("Bitauto") completed its follow-on public offering of an aggregate of 2,749,200 depositary shares on New York Stock Exchange on December 11, 2013. Han Kun acted as the PRC counsel of Bitauto in relation to this follow-on offering.

Bitauto is a leading provider of internet content and marketing services for China's fast growing automotive industry.

The Han Kun team involved in this deal includes Yijun Chao, Leia Zhang, Irene Cai, Xinfeng Zhang and Haoze Li.
