Han Kun attracts senior dispute resolution lawyer

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that it has attracted senior dispute resolution lawyer Mr. Jiang Wu to join the firm as of counsel since December 2013.
Mr. Wu has substantial experience in both dispute resolution and corporate matters. Mr. Wu's dispute resolution practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience in general commercial disputes, shareholders and joint venture disputes, labor and employment disputes, and contentious regulatory disputes such as custom disputes.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Mr. Wu also has experience helping many multinational clients establish various types of business operations in China, including helping clients set up several large joint ventures in the aerospace and real estate industries. Mr. Wu also has experience working on several large merger and acquisition projects involving state-owned companies and assets.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wu worked with two other major PRC law firms in Shanghai for more than 12 years. Before that, Mr. Wu served as a prosecutor in Zhengjiang, Jiangsu province for nearly 9 years, mainly handling business crimes.
Mr. Wu is based in Han Kun's Shanghai office. His native language is Mandarin Chinese and he speaks fluent English.
