Cre8ive's RMB 300 million bond has been successfully listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange recently.

Han Kun advised Cre8ive (through one of its subsidiaries) in its RMB 300 million bond offering on Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Cre8ive is a conglomerate, operating within China, focusing on exclusive or high barrier to entry investment opportunities. Luxembourg Stock Exchange is the large bond exchange in Europe, focusing on listing and transaction of international bonds.

Han Kun primarily assisted in designing the listing plan and negotiation, drafting and revising relevant application and transaction documents, and other relevant legal consultation services.

The leading lawyers involved in this deal are Li Chaoying, Zhang Ping, Zhang Chuqi, Yan Feng and Ran Lu.
