Han Kun has been nominated for the "Domestic firm of the year-life sciences", "Up and coming law firm of the year", and "PRC teams of the year-Private Equity" in 2013 China Law & Practice Awards. Also, Han Kun advised transaction "Warburg Pincus Asia invests in China Auto Rental" has been shortlisted as "Private equity deal of the Year", while "Baidu SEC-registered bond" was shortlisted as "Debt & Equity-linked deal of the year".

The awards will be announced at China Law & Practice's seventh annual awards ceremony held on September 12, 2013 in Beijing. These awards honoured the year's most challenging, complex and innovative deals, as well as the firms that proved excellence in their various practice areas.
