Han Kun successfully completes its collaborative work with Practical Law Company on a China Venture Capital and China Investment Funds Q/A

Han Kun has successfully completed its work with Practical Law Company ("PLC") on a China Venture Capital and China Investment Funds Q/A in preparation for the upcoming release of PLC's China Operations section.

The Venture Capital Q/A discussed the market and regulatory overview venture capital investments in the jurisdiction of China through examining the areas of tax incentives, fund structures, fund formation and regulation, investor protection, founder and employee incentives and exits.

The Investment Funds Q/A discussed the regulatory overview of investment funds in the jurisdiction of China though examining the areas of retail and hedge funds.

Contributors to the foresaid Q/As are Han Kun Partners Evan Zhang and James Wang, Associates Irene Cai, Fang Ji, Sean Jiang and Lu Ran and Xinfeng Zhang.
