Han Kun represented underwriters in the initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd., a global online retail company

LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. ("LightInTheBox") made its United States market debut on June 6, 2013, raising $78,850,000, on the New York Stock Exchange. LightInTheBox's shares surged as much as 17.47% from its initial public offering price of $9.5 on the first day. This offering is expected to close on June 11, 2013.

LightInTheBox is a global online retail company which sources most of its products directly from China-based manufacturers.

Han Kun acted as the PRC counsel of Credit Suisse, Stifel, Pacific Crest Securities, Oppenheimer and China Renaissance Securities, the underwriters of this offering.
