Han Kun attracts Jones Day lead litigation counsel

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that it has attracted lead counsel Ms. Leanne Zheng from Jones Day to join Han Kun as a litigation partner.
Ms. Zheng's practice focuses on litigation and arbitration. She specializes in dealing with a wide variety of complex civil and commercial disputes within and outside of China, mainly covering the areas of foreign investment, corporate governance, contracts, construction and real estate, banking, intellectual property and other complicated civil and commercial matters, and white-collar criminal defense.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zheng worked in the Beijing Office of Jones Day for seven years. As lead counsel and a team leader at Jones Day, Ms. Zheng represented both Chinese and international clients and successfully handled complex disputes inside and outside of China. Before joining Jones Day, she served in the Beijing First Intermediate Court for nine years.
Ms. Zheng is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences held in the U.S., the U.K., and China.
Leanne Zheng is based in Han Kun's Beijing Office.
