Han Kun gains partner from Concord & Partners

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that it has attracted Mr. Jun He, a former partner of Concord & Partners to join Han Kun since June 2013.
Mr. He specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, private equity transactions and foreign direct investment. Mr. He has significant knowledge and experience in the sectors covering media (traditional and internet media), entertainment (movies, television, live performance, brokerage and so on), mining and resources.
Before joining Han Kun, from 2004 to 2008, Mr. He worked as an associate attorney at DeHeng Law Offices where he focused his practice on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate; between 2005 and 2006, Mr. He worked as a visiting associate at the head office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago where he received the trainings on general US law practice and participated in several private equity transactions by large US private equity funds; between 2008 and 2013, Mr. He worked as a partner at Beijing office of Concord & Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity transactions and legal practice in media and entertainment industry. Mr. He's clients include private companies, state-owned enterprises and multinational companies.
Mr. Jun He is based in Han Kun's Beijing Office.
