Han Kun attracts family law expert

2013-05-09

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that it has attracted family law expert Mr. Chen Han to join the firm as of counsel since May 2013.

Mr. Chen specializes in the areas of family law, private wealth management and foreign direct investment. He has extensive experience in premarital agreements, divorces, family wealth management, family or clan wealth intergenerational inheritance and family property (such as family business equity rights) settlements. Mr. Chen is also knowledgeable on and has extensive experience in the luxury goods, automobile and food industries. Before joining Han Kun, he worked in several Italian firms, where Mr. Chen focused on Chinese investment in Italy and Italian investment in China.

Mr. Chen is based in Han Kun's Beijing office.

His native language is Mandarin Chinese and he speaks fluent English and Italian.
