Han Kun has advised China Auto Rental on its strategic cooperation transaction with Hertz Corporation (NYSE: HTZ)

The world's largest car rental service provider, Hertz Corporation acquired nearly 20% equity of China Auto Rental and got one seat on the board through its strategic investment in China Auto Rental, a leading company in Chinese car rental industry. China Auto Rental will acquire and integrate all car rental business of Hertz in China. China Auto Rental and Hertz have started comprehensive strategic cooperation.

Han Kun has advised China Auto Rental on this financing. Han Kun's legal service primarily includes assistance in preparing and revising various financing documents, conducting due diligence, and participating in the negotiation process.
