CAS Holdings has been successfully completed its investment in Sequoia RMB Fund III recently.

Han Kun represented Chinese Academy of Sciences Holdings Co., Ltd. ("CAS Holdings") in its investment in Sequoia RMB fund III. CAS Holdings is a large wholly state-owned company. Sequoia Capital is a large and famous management company of private equity fund. Sequoia RMB Fund III is a big RMB Fund, which is initiated and formed by Sequoia Capital.

Han Kun primarily assisted in designing the investment structure and negotiation, drafting and revising relevant transaction documents, and other relevant legal consultation services.

The leading lawyers involved in this deal are Li Chaoying, Zhang Ping and Ran Lu.
