Han Kun represents Nanjing Tuniu Technology Co., Ltd. in one of the Top 10 IP cases in 2012

2013-04-02

Nanjing Tuniu Technology Co., Ltd. sued Beijing Tuniu Tianxia Information Technology Co., Ltd. on the grounds of trademark infringement and unfair competition. The "Tuniu" trademark infringement and unfair competition case has been accredited by the Beijing Higher People's Court as one of the Top 10 IP cases in 2012. Han Kun represented the plaintiff, Nanjing Tuniu Technology Co., Ltd. in this case.

The judgment of the "Tuniu" case provides a good example on regulating the registration and use of a company's name, as well as protecting healthy competition in the markets.

These Top 10 IP cases are selected from over 10,000 IP cases processed by three levels of courts in Beijing in 2012.
