Han Kun represented Siemens China in its formation of a venture capital investment RMB fund

2013-03-26

Establishment of Siemens venture investment RMB fund has been successfully completed recently.

Han Kun represented Siemens Ltd., China ("Siemens China") in its formation of a venture investment RMB fund (i.e., Siemens Ventures). Siemens China is a foreign-invested holding company wholly-owned by Siemens AG. Siemens Ventures will become part of the global venture investment strategy of Siemens Finance Service Group under Siemens AG, and will focus its venture investment on start-up and growth enterprises in the fields of energy, medical care, industry, infrastructure and city construction.

Han Kun primarily assisted in designing the fund structure, drafting and revising the whole set of fund documents, and other relevant legal consultation services during the fund formation process.

The leading lawyers involved in this deal are LI Chaoying, WANG Yong, TAN Yi and RAN Lu.
