Sinochem Oil completed its acquisition of a petroleum products storage and marketing company located in northeastern China.

Han Kun represented Sinochem Oil in its acquisition of a petroleum products storage and marketing company. The recently acquired company is located in northeastern China and is primarily engaged in the storage of petroleum products, as well as the production and sale of ethanol gasoline.

Han Kun primarily assisted in designing the transaction structures and preparing the various transaction documents, and participated in the negotiation process.
