Han Kun partners Estella Chen and Wenyu Jin as well as associate Haoze Li have published an article entitled "Understanding the ‘Regulations on sellers' responsibilities for the repair, replacement, and refund of private cars'" in the "Hot Issues" section of LexisNexis' "China Legal Review" January 2013 issue.

On Dec. 29, 2012, the General Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China issued the "Regulations on sellers' responsibilities for the repair, replacement, and refund of private cars." The article features the following: an introduction to the contents of the above-mentioned regulation, a section briefly highlighting the key points of such regulation, and an analysis of its impact on sellers and consumers from a legal perspective.
