Han Kun was shortlisted by ALB China Law Awards 2013 in the following two award categories: "Technology, Media & Telecoms Deal of the Year" and "Rising Law Firm of the Year."

The "Baidu bond offering" deal, where Han Kun acted as the PRC legal counsel to Baidu, has been shortlisted for the "Technology, Media & Telecoms Deal of the Year," and Han Kun Law Offices shortlisted as the "Rising Law Firm of the Year."

The ALB China Awards has reached its tenth year. Each year these awards are presented to the most innovative deals with a significant China focus as well as the firms that worked on them in the previous year. ALB China Awards 2013 will be presented on March 28, 2013 in Beijing.
