Han Kun represented SBI (China) in its equity investment in Suzhou Yian

SBI(China) has completed its equity investment in Suzhou Yian recently.

Han Kun represented SBI (China) Co., Ltd. ("SBI (China)") in equity investment in Suzhou Yian Biotech Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou Yian"). SBI (China) is a Chinese foreign-invested holding company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of SBI Holdings, Inc., a financial group mainly based in Japan. Suzhou Yian is a company primarily engaged in the development of and manufacture of the 5-ALA (non-dangerous products) and its derived fertilizers, biological enzyme (except for food additives) and plant growth regulators, medicine, health care products, diagnosis reagent, cosmetics and other goods and products based on 5-ALA.

Han Kun primarily assisted in designing the transaction structure, drafting and revising relevant transaction documents, and other relevant legal consultation services.

The leading lawyers involved in this deal are Yijun Chao, Lizheng Zhang and Lu Ran.
