Han Kun won two awards in China Law and Practice's 2012 Awards ceremony

Han Kun awarded as "Up-and-Coming Firm of the Year" and Han Kun advised transaction "China Fire & Security privatization by Bain Capital" awarded as "Private Equity Deal of the Year" in 2012 China Law & Practice Awards.

The awards were announced at China Law & Practice's sixth annual awards ceremony held on September 13, 2012 at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Beijing. These awards honoured the year's most challenging, complex and innovative deals, as well as the firms that proved excellence in their various practice areas.
