Han Kun advised Zhouda Real Estate Group in its establishment of a Joint Venture with Iskandar Investment Berhad for real estate development in Malaysia

2011-11-28

In November 2011, Zhouda Real Estate Group ("Zhuoda") entered into a Framework Agreements, through its affiliated entity Zhuoyuan Investment Holding Co., Ltd., with Iskandar Investment Berhad for the establishment of a Joint Venture engaging real estate development in Medini Iskandar, Malaysia. Han Kun acted as the PRC counsel of Zhuoda in this overseas investment deal.

Zhouda is one of the leading real estate developers and operators in Northern China. Iskandar Investment Berhad is a large-scaled investment company owned by the Malaysia entity.

The leading lawyers involved in this deal are Charles LI, Gloria XU and Hong LI.
