Han Kun represented Beijing Wanghai Kangxin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Wanghai Kangxin") in the acquisition of 73.14% of its equity interests by Neusoft Group Stock Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600718.SS, "Neusoft")

Wanghai Kangxin is a PRC leading software development company focused on the industry of medical treatment and public health.

Han Kun represented Wanghai Kangxin in this transaction. Han Kun is mainly responsible for design of transaction structure, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents.
