Han Kun represented Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600410.SS) in its acquisition of Guangzhou Carnation Computer Software Co., Ltd.

Han Kun represented Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600410.SS, "Teamsun") in its acquisition of 90% equity interests of Guangzhou Carnation Computer Software Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Carnation").

Teamsun is a PRC leading IT services provider engaged in development of application software, system integration, value-added distribution and other IT services across cloud computing, mobile Internet, Internet of things and information security.

Teamsun has completed its acquisition of 30% equity interests of Guangzhou Carnation recently, and has entered into agreement with other shareholders of Guangzhou Carnation to further acquire 60% equity interest of Guangzhou Carnation, which is expected to be closed soon.

Han Kun represented Teamsun in this transaction. Han Kun is mainly responsible for design of transaction structure, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents.
