Han Kun represented Cornerstone China Opportunities Fund I, LP in Shuaifu International, Inc.'s private placement with a total amount of about $3.5 million. Shuaifu International, Inc. operates a WFOE located in Fujian with its business focused on the aquatic product sector in China.

Han Kun primarily assisted in the due diligence process, the drafting and reviewing of relevant transaction documents. This deal closed recently.
