Han Kun appeared in two ALB China Law Awards 2011

2011-04-15

The Han Kun advised transaction: Asia Info-Linkage Merger was announced as the "TMT Deal of the Year", while Han Kun was awarded as the "Rising Law Firm" by 2011 ALB China Law Awards.

"TMT Deal of the Year" award recognized a TMT deal which has made great influence over the past 12 months in China. Asia Info's acquisition of Linkage Technologies involved an amount of US$1.8 billion. As the PRC legal consultant of Asia Info, Han Kun handled due diligence investigations, prepared acquisition documents and legal opinion letters and provided other PRC legal consultation services for the transaction.

The selection criteria of "Rising Law Firm" award was based upon competitive power, quality of service, professional development, reputation and knowledge management. The award recognized a law firm's pre-eminence and promising growth in key practice areas in China.
