Han Kun attracts senior counsel from renowned domestic law firm to further expand its dispute resolution practice

In an effort to further expand its dispute resolution capability, Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that it has lured Eric (Dong) Liu, former Partner of Chang Tsi & Partners, to join the firm to lead its dispute resolution practice this February.

With more than a decade of experience working at several major domestic law firms, Eric is an expert in dispute resolution and intellectual property protection, having represented many well-known multinationals in the field of commercial transaction and intellectual property protection related litigations and gained favourable judgments. The PRC Supreme Court accredited one of Eric's cases as "Typical Case" nationwide. Eric is knowledgeable about the PRC commercial environment and has wide experience in dealing with commercial transactions/commercial disputes and managing intellectual property rights protection in different industries such as Manufacturing, Finance & Insurance, Internet, Telecommunication, Luxury goods, Public Media and International Trade.

Eric received his bachelor's degree in Electronics & Information Technology from Lanzhou University in China and his LLM from Law School of University of Exeter in the UK.
