On February 3rd, 2011, Trunkbow International Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: TBOW) completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq Global Market and raised $20 million. Han Kun acted as the PRC counsel of Trunkbow International Holdings Limited in this offering.

Trunkbow International Holdings Limited is an innovative mobile application enabler focused on providing telecom operators in China with application platforms on which to offer Mobile Value Added Solutions ("MVAS") and Mobile Payment Solutions ("MPS") to their subscribers.
