On February 8, 2011, China Century Dragon Media, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CDM) completed its initial public offering on the NYSE Amex, pricing its public offering of 1,200,000 shares of common stock at a price of $5.25 per share. Han Kun acted as the PRC counsel of China Century Dragon Media, Inc. in this offering.

China Century Dragon Media, Inc. is a television advertising company in China that primarily offers blocks of advertising time on certain channels on China Central Television ("CCTV"), the state television broadcaster of China and China's largest television network.
