Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600410) completed its acquisition of 100% equity interest in China Pansky Group Limited.

Han Kun represented Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. and its Hong Kong subsidiary Teamsun Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in their acquisition of China Pansky Group Limited. Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. is a PRC leading IT services provider engaged in development of application software, system integration, value-added distribution and other IT services across cloud computing, mobile Internet, Internet of things and information security. Pansky Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Pansky Group Limited, is a PRC leading provider of solutions and professional services in IT industry.

Han Kun primarily assisted in the deal structuring and preparation of various transaction documents and participated in the negotiation process. This deal closed recently.
