Han Kun advised Vivo Ventures (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., a PRC based foreign-invested RMB fund in its investments in the joint venture company jointly established by Vivo Ventures (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., Qingdao Pearl Ocean Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Pearl Ocean Tria Pharmaceutical Investments Co., Ltd..

Han Kun primarily assisted in the preparation of various financing documents and participated in the negotiation process.
