On December 25, 2010, Beijing Representation Office of New York Stock Exchanged issued the Research Report for IPOs of Chinese Companies in the United States in 2010. According to the report, Han Kun Law Offices is ranked as the top 2 Chinese counsel to issuers (in quantity).

A total of 34 Chinese companies completed their IPOs in the United States in 2010, 22 at NYSE and 12 at Nasdaq, among which, Han Kun provided legal services for issuers in 4 IPOs, i.e., Bitauto Holdings Limited (NYSE: BITA ), iSoftStone Holdings Limited (NYSE: ISS), ChinaCache International Holdings (NasdaqGM: CCIH) and Bona Film Group Limited (NASDAQ: BONA).
