Han Kun represented BlueRun Ventures in this transaction. Han Kun primarily assisted in the design of financing structure, preparation and amendment of various financing documents and participated in the negotiation process.

ShareWithU is a company providing consultation with regard to the overseas study application, qualification examination for overseas study and career planning.
