iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS) completed its initial public offering on New York Stock Exchange.

iSoftStone Holdings Limited made its United States market debut on December 14, 2010, raising more than $88million on New York Stock Exchange. Han Kun acted as iSoftStone's PRC counsel in this offering. iSoftStone's shares surged as much as 28% from its issuing price of $13.00 per share on the first day of trading.

iSoftStone is a leading provider of outsourced technology services in China.
