From December 13 to 14, 2010, CE Premier: the 2010 CEO&CFO Forum (the "Forum") for overseas-listed Chinese companies was held at the Shangri-La's Kerry Center Hotel in Beijing, China.

Han Kun, as a supporter of the Forum, has been actively involved in the preparation of the Forum. Han Kun partner Mr. Lin Yixin has been invited as one of the panelists to speak at the panel entitled "Opportunities for Dual-Listing and De-listing".
