Han Kun Senior Associate Daisy Wei and Associate Karen Zhong published a feature article on foreign-invested enterprises disputes in the October 2010 issue of China Law and Practice.
This article gives an overview of the Provisions on Several Issues Concerning Trial of Disputes of Foreign Invested Enterprises (I) (《关于审理外商投资企业纠纷案件若干问题的规定（一）》) issued by the Supreme People's Court this August. It focuses on the possible practical implications of the new regulations and provides pragmatic advice to foreign investors.
