ChinaCache (NasdaqGM: CCIH) Completed its Initial Public Offering on Nasdaq Global Market.

ChinaCache International Holdings made its United States market debut on October 1, 2010, raising more than $90million on the Nasdaq Global Market. Han Kun acted as ChinaCache's PRC counsel in relation to this offering. ChinaCache's shares surged as much as 95 percent from its initial public offering price of $13.90. It was the most impressive first-day gain for a Nasdaq IPO in recent three years.

ChinaCache is the leading provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China.
