Han Kun advised Qiming Venture Capital on its establishment of a RMB fund in form of limited partnership and a general partner of the RMB fund in Beijing, China. The limited partners of the RMB fund include the National Development and Reform Commission, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform and certain other investors. The RMB fund is mainly engaged in venture capital investment in pharmaceutical and/or life science enterprises.

Han Kun primarily assisted in the preparation of various application documents for establishment of the RMB fund and establishment of a general partner of the RMB fund; and providing advice regarding general corporate matters.
