Han Kun represented Stone Tan China Holding Corporation in its Series A financing

2010-08-23

On August 19, 2010, Stone Tan China Holding Corporation executed a Series A Preferred Shares Subscription Agreement with certain Series A investors including Samling Global Limited.

Han Kun represented Stone Tan China Holding Corporation in this transaction. Stone Tan China Holding Corporation is a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, which intends to invest through its Hong Kong subsidiary in Chongqing, China to acquire or establish certain Chinese companies engaged in financial business such as credit guarantee, financial leasing and small business loans.

The leading lawyers involved in this deal are Charles Li, Evan Zhang and Yanlin Liu.
