Han Kun adds a new counsel and a new partner to its Shanghai and Shenzhen offices

After promoting two counsels of this firm, Yixin Lin and Zhe (Jason) Wang to partners of its Beijing and Shenzhen Offices earlier 2010, Han Kun Law Offices welcomes a new counsel, Anita Sun, to its Shanghai office, and a new partner, Stanley Guo, to its Shenzhen Office this July.
Anita Sun's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment and corporate restructuring, and covers a wide range of industries such as internet, information technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, education, media, real estate, consulting, and certification. Anita Sun joined Han Kun in 2010. Before that, she has over 9 years of practice experience with U.S. and European law firms in China, including Coudert Brothers LLP, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, Hannes Snellman and Vinge. Anita Sun is based in the firm's Shanghai office.
Stanley Guo's practice focuses on intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance for multinational corporations, corporate legal risk control system and corporate legal management structure design, and domestic and international investment, and covered a wide range of industries such as internet, information technology, media, energy, medication, chemical industry, environmental technologies and infrastructure etc.
Stanley joined Han Kun in 2010. Before that, he has over 14 years of working experience with Huawei Technologies. He served as Global Director of Corporate Legal Affair Department, Director, Intellectual Property Rights Department, Director, Corporate Information Security Department and Director of Commercial Department of Huawei. Stanley has extensive experience in dealing with intellectual property, legal and information security matters for hi-tech companies and has served as a middle/top executive and/or section manager for almost 10 years. Stanley is based in the firm's Shenzhen office.
