Han Kun Partner Joyce Li, Senior Associate Loretta Li and Associate Lynn Teng published an article entitled "In Steady Pursuit" as a cover story in the July/August 2010 issue of China Law and Practice.
The article provides an overview of a series of new policies recently released by several PRC government authorities such as the State Council, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission to attract foreign investment, and presents a detailed analysis of the practical implications these new policies may have on foreign investors going forward.
