Han Kun adds two new partners to its Beijing and Shenzhen offices

Han Kun Law Offices is very delighted to announce that two counsels of this firm, Yixin Lin and Zhe (Jason) Wang, have been promoted to partners since April 1, 2010.

Yixin Lin's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing and foreign direct investment and covered a wide range of industries such as internet, information technology, media and entertainment, education, commercial enterprise, real estate, medication and energy etc. Yixin Lin joined Han Kun in 2005. Before that, he served as Legal Director of AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA) for over three years. Yixin Lin is based in the firm's Beijing office.

Jason Wang's practice focuses on public and private financing, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise restructuring and banking and covered a wide range of industries such as media and entertainment, real estate, food, internet, information technology, energy, medication, education, chemical industry, nonferrous metal, tobacco, mining, passenger transportation, environmental technologies and infrastructure etc. In particular, Jason represented several multinational and state-owned companies as their long-term external legal counsel. Jason joined Han Kun in 2009. Before that, he has over 7 years of practice experience with Gide Loyrette Nouel in Hong Kong and King & Wood in Beijing. Jason is based in the firm's Shenzhen office.
