China Digital TV Made Strategic Investment in OpenV China Holdings Company

Han Kun represented China Digital TV Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: STV), the leading provider of conditional access systems to China's expanding digital television market, in its investment in OpenV China Holdings Company, a leading online video provider in China. Subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, the aggregate amount of China Digital TV's investment will be up to US$14.5 million.

Han Kun primarily assisted in the design of transaction structures and preparation of various transaction documents and participated in the negotiation process. This deal closed on January 26, 2010.
